Abil Office Solutions were commissioned by MRH to present and propose a full design package for their new building at 100 Church Street. The fit out also included the entire replacement of the existing VRH HVAC system, which gave the client security of a maintainable and controllable system for the duration of their lease term. Included in the design was an IT server room with fire suppression system and new fire panels. The fit out was over three floors and covered just under 11,000 sq/ft of office space. The design provided a modern, clean, office space with some contemporary touches, which has been well received by the office staff.
